KRO-NCRV is one of the largest broadcasters inside the Dutch public broadcasting system.
It was created in 2014 from a merger of the older Christian broadcasters KRO and NCRV. The explicitly Christian roots still matter historically, but the present-day broadcaster is broader and more mainstream than that label may suggest.
